Yes. I offer discounted embroidery pricing for orders of more than 10 items using the same or similar design. Request an itemized quote for pricing specific to your project.

My embroidery machine uses .PES and .DST files. If you already have your logo in one of those formats, great! If not, send me your logo as a .JPEG, .PNG, .SVG, or other image file, and I can have it professionally converted into an embroidery-ready file for a one-time $35 fee. Once created, the embroidery file can be used again for future orders.

Absolutely. I provide a digital embroidery preview for your approval before I start your order. And if requested, I will also send you a photo of the test stitch I do for all business and organization logos.

Please provide a completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification (Form 01-339) before your invoice is finalized. This gives me the documentation I need to treat a qualifying purchase as tax-exempt.

Of course. I can provide an itemized quote before you place your order upon request. And I will always provide an itemized invoice for payment and a receipt once payment is complete.

For businesses and organizations, I accept business checks, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Credit card payment is also available upon request, but this form of payment incurs a 3% processing fee. If you'd like to pay by credit card, let me know before I prepare your invoice.

Yes! Individual names, titles, departments, or other personalization can usually be added to each item. Let me know what you have in mind when requesting your quote.
